Booking & Payment
How booking through DiDi Rentals works, and who actually holds your reservation.
Do I book with DiDi Rentals or with the property?
With the property. We are a comparison site — we show you the stay in full, then hand you to the property or its booking partner to complete the reservation. Your payment, confirmation and booking reference all sit with them, never with us.
Does DiDi Rentals charge me a fee?
No. You pay exactly what the property charges. We earn a commission from the property when a booking completes, which is why the service is free for you and why we have no reason to inflate a price.
Why does the price change when I click through?
The rate we show is what we recorded when we last checked that property, for a sample two-night stay. Real prices move with your dates, length of stay, occupancy and season. Always treat our figure as a guide and the property page as the truth.
Can you cancel or change my booking?
We cannot. Because the reservation is held by the property or its booking partner, only they can amend, cancel or refund it. Use the confirmation email they sent you — it will have their contact details and your booking reference.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to register for and no login required to browse, filter or click through to a property.

Our Listings
What is in the catalogue, where the information comes from, and how we choose what to show.
How many stays do you list?
11,891 properties across 61 destinations in 7 countries — hotels, aparthotels, apartments, villas, resorts and guesthouses.
Why is everything $100 a night or more?
It is a deliberate quality floor. Below that price point the results fill up with cramped rooms and poorly-reviewed properties that waste your time, so we leave them out rather than pad the catalogue.
Are the photos and reviews real?
Yes. Photos come straight from each property's own listing, and ratings and reviews are from verified guests who actually stayed. We show the overall score, the review count and highlighted comments rather than a curated selection.
How current is the information?
Descriptions, photos, room types and facilities are refreshed periodically and change rarely. Prices move far more often, so treat ours as indicative and confirm on the property page before booking.
Something on a listing looks wrong. What now?
Tell us via the contact page with the property name and what looks off, and we will check it against the source. Corrections help everyone.

Guests, Rooms & Facilities
How to read the guest counts, room types and facility lists on a listing.
How is the guest count worked out?
From the bed configuration each property publishes. A king or queen counts as two, a twin as one, and sofa beds and bunks as two. Where a room offers alternative layouts — "1 king bed or 2 twin beds" — we count the larger of the options, not both, because you choose one when you book.
Why does a room with two beds only sleep two?
Because those are usually alternatives rather than extras. "Select your bed: 1 king bed / 2 twin beds" means the room is made up one way or the other. Two twin beds sleep one person each, so either arrangement holds two people.
What do the room prices mean?
Room prices are the total for a sample two-night stay for two guests, so you can compare room types within a property. Your real total depends on your dates and party size — check availability for the live figure.
Some listings have no facility list. Why?
A minority of properties do not publish a full grouped facility list. Those listings still show the description, photos, room types, popular facilities and reviews — just not the long categorised breakdown.
Why do some stays have no reviews?
They are usually new to the market and have not accumulated guest reviews yet. We show the property anyway rather than hide it, and you can see at a glance that there is no score.

About DiDi Rentals
Who we are, how we make money, and how to work with us.
How does DiDi Rentals make money?
The property pays us a commission when a booking completes. Nothing is added to your price, and we have no incentive to show you a more expensive stay than the one that suits you.
Do you own or manage any of these properties?
No. We hold no inventory and manage no properties. Every stay belongs to an independent hotel, host or management company, and they set the prices, policies and availability.
I own a property — can I be listed?
Yes, get in touch through the contact page with your property details and location. We are selective, and the $100 nightly floor applies.
Which destinations do you cover?
61 destinations across the United Kingdom, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, the United States and Monaco, with more being added.
