DiDi Rentals ("DiDi Rentals," "we," "us," or "our") operates a travel accommodation comparison service that lists hotels, aparthotels, apartments, villas, resorts and guesthouses, and refers visitors to the property or its booking partner to complete a reservation.

By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

DiDi Rentals is a comparison and referral service. We do not own, operate, manage or control any of the properties listed on this site, and we are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking agent.

We do not take reservations, process payments, issue confirmations or hold funds. When you choose a stay, you are directed to the property or its booking partner, and any contract for accommodation is formed solely between you and that provider, on their terms.

Because we are not a party to your booking, we cannot amend, cancel or refund it. Requests of that kind must go to the provider named in your confirmation.

Property descriptions, photographs, room details, facilities, house rules, ratings and reviews are sourced from the properties and their booking partners. We present that information in good faith but do not independently verify it and do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.

Prices shown on this site are indicative. They reflect a sample stay recorded when we last checked a property and will vary with your dates, length of stay, occupancy, season, taxes and local fees. The price that applies to you is the one shown by the provider at the time you book.

Availability shown here is not a reservation and does not hold a room. A stay may be sold out or withdrawn at any time.

If you believe a listing is inaccurate, please tell us via our contact page and we will review it against the source.

Our service is free to use. We may receive a commission or referral fee from a property or its booking partner when a booking is completed following a referral from this site. This never increases the price you pay.

Commission arrangements do not determine the order in which stays are shown. Listings are ranked by guest rating, and by the filters and sort you choose.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of it. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract its contents.

You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute substantial portions of this site without our prior written permission.

This site contains links to third-party websites, including booking partners and map providers. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, policies or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk, and the terms of that site will apply once you leave ours.

The layout, design, text written by us, and the DiDi Rentals name and branding are our property or licensed to us. Property photographs, descriptions and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for the purpose of identifying and describing the accommodation.

This website and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, nor that listing information will be accurate or current.

We make no warranty regarding the quality, safety, suitability or legality of any property listed, or the conduct of any provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiDi Rentals and its affiliates, partners and personnel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or enjoyment, arising from your use of this website or from any booking made with a third-party provider.

This includes, without limitation, any dispute over a reservation, cancellation, refund, overbooking, property condition or provider conduct — matters which are between you and the provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date below shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
